The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to all countries worldwide with the exception of: Iran, Crimea, Cuba, North Korea and Syria

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Our standard shipping rates are based on the respective product category. All products in this shipping category have the same dimensions, weight and packaging. For orders of multiple items we charge a basic rate plus a rate for each additional item. You will find an overview below.

 

When ordering one item:

To find out the shipping costs for orders with only one item, please see our shipping rate table. Here you will find your article in the corresponding category.

When ordering multiple items from the same category:

To find out the shipping costs for an order with similar products, check our shipping rate table and search for the product category with your items. Look at the first product row-that's the shipping cost for orders with only one item. Then look at the "additional items" row and add the corresponding price for an additional item to the price in the first row.

When ordering multiple items from different categories:

To calculate the shipping costs for an order with different products, check our shipping rate table and search for the categories with your products. Check which product has the highest shipping costs and use this as a basis. Then, to cover the cost of the second item, add the "additional item" price to your item.

Delivery of download products:

Download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium) do not incur any shipping costs. Download products can be downloaded via a link provided by e-mail. This e-mail with access data to execute the download will be sent within 12 hours of the conclusion of the contract (in case of an agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order). Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany (Germany) within 5-15 working days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 5-25 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of an agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Further Advice:

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
